"I had the opportunity of meeting with Tim over eight – nine months ago to discuss a horrific experience I had with a reputable Hairdressing Salon not far from where Tim works.
I had gone along to this hair salon with the expectation of having a full head of foils, however from there it went from bad to worse!
This particular salon had decided to use an exceptionally harsh bleach, add a climazone machine for heat, left the bleach on too long so therefore "over processed" my hair.
My hair used to be half way down my back, but not any more, when the foils came out so did half my hair!
So you can imagine, my "crown and glory" was gone, and devastation set in.
What really has been hard to digest is this so called reputable salon has taken no responsibility, and has turned around and said my hair was in poor condition to start with. So if that was the case why were they so eager to do my hair and take my money? (and hair!)
